Last week it was announced that the Texas A&M and UCLA Football season opener will be moved from Saturday to Sunday. Today the kickoff and TV time has been announced.

The Texas A&M and UCLA Football teams are going to have Sunday of Labor Day weekend all to themselves. Last week the change was made to separate the Bruins and Aggies from a gigantic opening Saturday.

UCLA and Texas A&M will have their solo Sunday kickoff at 4:30 PM PT and will be aired on FOX. That gives this game an East Coast prime time slot.

If there was ever a time to show the nation that they are back, this will be the day for UCLA.

The Bruins will look to avenge their 31-24 overtime loss at College Station last season. It was the first time we saw the new Kennedy Polamalu offense, which struggled mightily with the run game, though Josh Rosen was able to throw for 343 yards.

This September, we get to see Fisch’s new offense in this year’s opener versus Texas A&M. Fisch is said to bring an offense that is described as “multiple”. That’s fine, as long as they get the offensive line  to work.

Last season, UCLA was the second worst running team in the nation with only 84.3 yards per game. That number needs to go up exponentially if UCLA wants to contend for the Pac-12 next season.
