The #3 UCLA Basketball team has a tough path to another National Championship, but their odds to do it are pretty good.

The brackets are set and the Big Dance will soon be under way. The UCLA Basketball team, whether you think they got screwed in their seeding or not, has a difficult path to Phoenix, this year’s host of the NCAA Final Four.

But how difficult can it be? Odds on the Bruins winning the National Championship have been revealed as 12/1, which is the 7th best among the top nine odds released.

Those are better odds than Pac-12 peer Oregon, and the same as Arizona’s.

As the #3 seed in the South Region, the Bruins might have to go up against the #2 Kentucky and #1 North Carolina. First off, the Bruins need to get past the first weekend which starts this Friday against #13 Kent State in Sacramento. Winner of that game faces the winner of #6 Cincinnati and #11 Kansas State/Wake Forest.

If the Bruins make it to the Sweet Sixteen in Memphis, there is a very good chance they take on Kentucky, a team they beat earlier this season. It is extremely tough to beat a team like UK twice, but if they do it, they then, most likely, have to face North Carolina.

Next: UCLA is a 3-Seed in the South Region

That is an incredibly tough path to the Final Four and the Championship Game, but if you think UCLA can do it, 12/1 odds are not bad.
