In this special episode of the ‘What’s Bruin Show’, we had the honor to talk with former UCLA Basketball Coach Steve Lavin as he gives his take on the Bruins and March Madness.

‘What’s Bruin Show’ has had the pleasure of interviewing several former UCLA athletes in our time on this planet, but we have a first for this dinky little podcast. A former UCLA Basketball coach has taken the time out of his day to stop in and chat with WBS. Yes, we are quite giddy as well.

Host Jake Merrifield got the pleasure of interviewing Steve Lavin for this special edition podcast as the former coached chatted about everything surrounding UCLA Basketball.

As a college basketball analyst, Lavin gave his takes on commentating and what the NCAA Tournament has needed.

He then gets into the success of Bruin hoops as they march into the Pac-12 and NCAA Tournaments. He even gives his take on where UCLA should be seeded and how far they can.

We even get to hear what he thinks about the very outspoken LaVar Ball. It was quite a classy interview.
