UCLA Football Adds Fresno State to Future Non-Conference Schedule

UCLA Football has added a home game against Fresno State for the 2018 season.

This is the latest of a number of additions to the Bruins dance card for upcoming seasons. UCLA is 6-2 lifetime against Fresno State and 4-1 against the Bulldogs at the Rose Bowl.

However Fresno State’s only two wins against the Bruins happen to be the last two times the teams have squared off. The Bruins were defeated at the Rose Bowl by the Bulldogs in 2008, and many Bruin fans are still sore over the embarrassing 2003 loss to Fresno State in the prestigious but now defunct Silicon Valley Classic Bowl Game. Hopefully with that in mind, the Bruins will have some pay-back in store for their Central Valley cousins.

In the last few months UCLA Football has announced a gaggle of high profile match-ups with schools across the country. UCLA fans should start saving and stocking up on travel miles now if they want to enjoy Texas A&M (2016/2017), Oklahoma (2018/2019), San Diego State (2019/2020), Rutgers (2020/2021), LSU (2021/2024) and Michigan (2022/2023) in the upcoming years. See below for a list of UCLA’s upcoming Non Conference Schedule.
