6. Gary Anderson, Oregon State Beavers

Record: 0-0 at Oregon State, 49-36 overall

11-3. That is what Gary Anderson did at Wisconsin last year. He had a 10-2 regular season record and was 7-1 in the Big Ten Conference, but then had that epic 59-0 meltdown against Ohio State in the Big Ten title game. That hurt and things are going to hurt a lot more in the Pac-12 as Anderson tries to put together a winner at Oregon State with the division powers Oregon, Stanford and Washington looming over him.

Yes, Anderson was very good at Wisconsin, but he was in a much weaker conference than the Pac-12. With his track record, Anderson looks like he will be able to improve the forgotten Beaver squad, but it will not be without growing pains as he will quickly find out what it is like to play in the Conference of Champions. Still, entering our poll at #6 is not bad.
