10. Sonny Dykes, California Golden Bears

Record: 6-18 at California, 28-33 overall

Sonny Dykes is in the same boat as Mike MacIntyre, but the only difference is that Dykes has a little bit more talent on his squad. Last year, Cal came out of the starting gate pretty hot with a win over Northwestern and then beat the three worst teams in the Pac-12 during conference play. It is a start for a team that only won one game the year before.

The question now is if Cal can continue to climb in the North Division rankings. Currently, Oregon, Stanford and Washington look to have a hold on the top spots and realistically, the Golden Bears can break into the top three, but does Dykes have enough coaching know-how to do that in 2015?
