4. Rich Rodriguez, Arizona Wildcats

Record: 26-14 at Arizona, 146-98-2 overall

You have to tip your hat to Rich Rodriguez as he has made Arizona a legitimate threat in the Pac-12. He has been able to do impossible things which such a slapdash roster full of young players. He beat Oregon and took the Wildcats to the Pac-12 Championship Game. Unfortunately he ended the season on two losses as Oregon enacted their revenge on Arizona for the Conference Championship and then the Wildcats lost to Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl.

Still, though both losses were tough, you have to realize Rodriguez did that with a very young roster which means that this year, the Wildcats are going to be more experienced and once again a legitimate threat in the South Division.
