UCLA basketball got a commitment today from 6’5″, 220 lbs. 2017 shooting guard, 3-star LiAngelo Ball from Chino Hills, CA. If that surname sounds familiar, it is because he is the younger brother of 2016 commit, 5-star point guard Lonzo Ball.
The commitment from the young Ball is the first for head coach Steve Alford and UCLA for the 2017 class. This is also the second commitment UCLA received this week as 3-star junior college transfer Ikenna Okwarabizie gave his pledge to play for the Bruins this past Sunday.
2017 SF Li Angelo Ball (Chino Hills HS) has committed to UCLA, source told @CBSSports. Younger brother of 2016 Bruins PG Alonzo Ball.
