QB Assessment

Honestly, this practice did not seem to help to narrow down the quarterback list. Though they all had down plays, they also had some very impressive drives and individual passes. Although, I would have to say that the two best looking QBs (and it was really hard to decipher) were Neuheisel and Rosen.

With that being said, Monday’s practice will be especially important in trying to trim the list.

Here are a few notes on other Bruins that stood out today.

Mossi Johnson was very impressive today. Though he missed a golden opportunity when Rosen fired a laser at him, he dropped the pass three yards from the goal line. He did make up for it with some other spectacular catches. During passing drills, Johnson caught a one-handed, diving, extended pass from Woulard. It was quite beautiful.

-Logan Sweet is being featured a lot more in the receiving game. He had some good short-yardgae receptions throughout practice.

-Craig Lee is going to make the back-up running back competition a lot harder. He was a wrecking ball today and made several impressive plays. On one play in particular, during Rosen’s third drive, Lee broke away from defenders at the line and broke free for a 20-yard touchdown.
