UCLA Gymnastics are the Columbus Regional Champions! For the 21st time in school history, the Gymnastics team has won a regional championship and are on their way to the NCAA Championships in Fort Worth, Texas on April 17-19. The Bruins won with an overall score of 197.500. The final tally was as follows:
1. UCLA 197.500, 2. Michigan 197.000, 3. Central Michigan 195.925, 4. Arizona 195.800, Ohio State 195.650, 6. Kentucky 195.450.

UCLA (and Michigan) will now meet the winners and runners up of the other regionals in the NCAAs: Florida and Stanford (Morgantown Regional), LSU and Nebraska (Ames Regional), Oklahoma and Oregon State (Norman Regional), Alabama and Auburn (Auburn Regional) and the champion and runner-up of the Berkeley Region.
