BOOM! 4-Star Wide Receiver Cordell Broadus Commits to UCLA
By Matt Wagner
UCLA headed into the 2015 edition of the recruiting bonanza known as National Signing Day looking confident and the Bruins definitely got a good commitment in 4-star WR Cordell Broadus. The son of rap star Snoop Dogg chose UCLA over rival USC and Arizona State, in which UCLA and USC were the top two schools he has been considering for a while.
Broadus definitely has good hands and is a reliable possession receiver, and his hands and agility should help him transition to the college level.
After two de-commitments, he is now the only wide reciver for UCLA in the 2015 class.

As I alluded to earlier, Broadus is a welcome commit to this year’s recruiting class and he could very well contribute down the road for UCLA. Him, along with Josh Rosen, Chris Clark and Soso Jamabo, surely create a fearsome foursome that can dominate both Pac-12 and national defenses during their respective tenures here.
UCLA definitely had a great recruiting period for 2015, and there are a lot of players from this class that will hopefully leave great legacies when their time with the Bruins comes to an end.
Welcome to the Rose Bowl, Cordell Broadus!
