The Go Joe Bruin Pregame Playlist, Memphis Edition

The Go Joe Bruin Pregame Playlist, Memphis Edition:

1. “Make A Move” – B. Allen (Feat. Bryan Fischer)

UCLA needs to make a move today against Memphis to get their game going and show they are a top tier team. Who better to help get that groove going than B. Allen, a former UCLA baseball player that won a championship with the 2013 squad. Go Bruins!

2. “Take Me Out” – Franz Ferdinand

It is GREAT heading back to the Rose Bowl! We are all heading to the Arroyo Seco ready to cheer on the Bruins! Tickets are still available so if you can, get out there and get crazy for your Bruins!

3. “It’s Now Or Never” – Elvis Presley

We definitely have to play an Elvis song, seeing that Memphis is coming to town, but reading into the lyrics and  knowing the nature of college football, game 2 is most definitely a time to think that it is now or never. Every week is now or never. Get it going Bruins!

4. “Supersonic” – Bad Religion

In Episode 2 of the Pac-12 Network’s ‘The Drive’, head coach Jim Mora said the Bruins need to go faster. So, I will have UCLA alumnus and professor, Greg Graffin of Bad Religion explain the benefits of going faster.

5. “Boombox” – The Lonely Island (feat. Julian Casablancas)

The song title has “boom” in it… and it is a hilariously great song.

6. “Run Like Hell” – Pink Floyd

This one is for the Bruin running backs.

7. “Connection” – Elastica

This one is for the wide receivers.

8. “Priority” – Mos Def

This one is for the entire team. What is important and how are you going to achieve it? #BruinRevolution

9. “Invincible” – Pat Benatar

Stand up and face the enemy… we will be invincible.

10. “Shout It Out Loud” – KISS

With UCLA football back at the Rose Bowl, everyone should be up on their feet. Shout it out loud! #GoBruins

11. “Slam” – Onyx

I love this song. It is harsh, brutal and to the point. I dedicate this to the Bruins defense. Slam. Let the boys be boys.

12. “Radioactive” – Imagine Dragons

Welcome to the New Age indeed. Just because the Bruin bobbled the first game does not lessen the fact that they are a great time on a path to destruction. Speaking of Destruction…

13. “Paradise City” – Guns N’ Roses

Just because.

Rock on and Go Bruins.
