From one year to the next, an individual can develop like no other. One may have impressive raw skills, but with coaching, can be become more powerful than they can imagine. Whether it is putting in the work, understanding the system better or simply just having “it”, we see breakout players every year that have incredible production from one season to the next. Heck, at UCLA, the Bruins saw a high school kid become a national sensation in one year due to his skills and athleticism on both sides of the ball. Yes, we are talking about Myles Jack.

But for the upcoming season, which Bruins are most expected to have a breakout year? We have seen a lot of talent rotate through this UCLA team since Jim Mora took over nearly three years ago and we are sure to see a lot more. So, in no particular order, let us give you some information of several potential breakout players you might have heard of, and some you might not.
