With the 22nd pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, the Memphis Grizzlies have selected Jordan Adams of the UCLA Bruins. He is the 2nd Bruin to be selected in this year’s draft behind Zach LaVine who was chosen 13th by the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Last season, Adams was first in scoring for the Bruins with 17.4 points per game. He also led UCLA and the Pac-12 with 2.6 steals per game. He is a very patient player that did well in the UCLA’s up-tempo system. He is not the most explosive, but he knows what to do with the ball when he is pulling up for any shot on the court or finding the open man.
