Jim Mora Promotes Snoop Lion Shoes By Adidas On Twitter, Will They Be The Official Footwear Of UCLA?

Yesterday, UCLA football head coach Jim Mora had a field day day on Twitter, promoting the new Snoop Lion shoes by Adidas. The shoes, which are as every bit as iconic as the rap/reggae star himself, are the opposite of “laid back” to say the least. The shoes have a classic white front with a snarling redish-orange lion emerging from the back with the “Snoop Lion” signature emblazoned on the back.

A pair of the Snoop Dogg alter-ego inspired cleats were being broken-in by the coach’s son during a lacrosse match.

With a clear bond growing between Mora and Snoop and with UCLA hosting one of the Doggfather’s recent Snoop Youth Football League tournaments, is it possible that a partnership will be formed with Snoop Lions becoming the official footwear of UCLA football? Imagine the Lion in blue and gold… classy.
