Cal had a rough season in 2013, which is great knowing that Goff will have some consistency for the Golden Bears in his second year. The 6’4″ so-to-be sophomore will be looking to increase the level of success Cal football will have in 2014. After only winning one game last year to non-FBS school, Sacramento State, the Golden Bears should have at least one win in 2014… as they play Sac St. again, but that is not what Goff and his strong arm want to limit themselves to. Goff showed he has the talent to get it done and with one season under his belt, the entire Cal team should make vast improvements as well as see Goff improve in the statistics column.
