It is already June and there is still plenty to talk about with UCLA Athletics. Why not? It is the place to be! Anyway, Track and Field is in the home stretch of their post-season, rowing is hitting a stride in the Midwest and apparently ESPN does not care about their West Coast viewership, but we knew that. Here are the latest goings-on of UCLA Athletics in Westwood Rewind: Push It To The Limit.

Track And Field

A LOT of Bruins are heading to Eugene, Oregon for the NCAA Championships on June 11. Saturday was a big day for the women and men in blue and gold  as 11 qualified in both track and field events during the preliminaries in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Go get ’em Bruins, bring home some more championships!

Rowing

It has been a long journey, but UCLA Women’s Rowing has made it to Indy for a weekend of battle in the NCAA Championship. Get some, Bruins!

Softball

Their season may have ended but UCLA Softball is still hitting home runs… in the classroom!

Football

Anyone want an LA Midnight helmet? Now is your chance! And did you know that Myles Jack is one of the 14 scariest players in college football? And what is ESPN’s problem? Are they trying to ignore the West Coast? The first game of next season at Virginia is at 9 a.m. PT on ESPN. No matter, what Bruin fan won’t be up to see the start of Brett Hundley and Company’s 2014 campaign? None, that’s who! At least the Pac-12 Network is down with UCLA.

8-clap away, indeed. Go Bruins.
