The UCLA Women’s tennis team has just captured their second National Championship, which brings UCLA’s grand total to 111 NCAA Championships. The #5 Bruins beat the #7 North Carolina Tar Heels 4-3 in Athens, Georgia. This was after blanking the Florida Gators 4-0 in yesterday’s Semifinal match up.

The Bruins were led by Kaitlin Ray, Kyle McPhillips and Chanelle Van Nguyen in their final push with McPhillips finishing it off.
