The 2015 recruitment of five-star quarterback Josh Rosen out of St. John Bosco High School (Bellflower, CA) and four-star wide receiver Cordell Broadus out of Bishop Gorman High School (Las Vegas, NV) is an interesting topic of conversation lately, especially for head coach Jim Mora and the UCLA Bruin football team.
Rosen, who is 6’4″, 200 lbs., is the #2 QB in the nation according to Scout.com. He seen to be headed to either UCLA or Cal, although in the recruitment process, nothing is set until a player signs that National Letter of Intent. He will be making his college selection at his high school on March 20.
As far as NLI, the same goes for Broadus. The 6’1″, 185 lbs. WR is #15 at his position nationally and has said to be interested in UCLA, USC and Florida State among a slew of others. But there has been some chatter about the relationship forming between the two and it has made for some interesting speculation. Broadus is also the son of famed rapper, Snoop Dogg.
So, to be clear, Rosen and Broadus may be a package deal. Got it.
This may or may not be true, but the interesting thing about this is that UCLA appears to be the strongest contender to receive both highly touted recruits. How about that for a #BruinRevolution? Still, both recruits are not set to play college ball until 2015, so until then, keep hope alive Bruin fans!
