National Signing Day may be less than a week away, but that is not stopping UCLA Football from grabbing a few commitments before then, just like they did today. Bruins, welcome 3-star wide receiver/tight end Zach Bornstein.
A decathlete huh? It pretty much sounds like UCLA just picked up solid body, if anything. Out of Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village, CA, Bornstein is 6’4″, 220 lbs. and is the 56th ranked tight end at his position. He also has another cool stat… he runs the 40 in 4.57 seconds. That is running back/wide receiver speed right there. But with that comes some time management. Bornstein apparently plans to run Track and Field at UCLA.
So that will be interesting to see in the future. Either way, it will be good to have a speedster on the team. And can you image how fast he will be when he develops himself before football? And what if he does go to the Olympics? We will have an Olympian on our team. A fast, athletic Olympian. The #BruinRevolution rolls on!
