UCLA Football Recruiting: Interview with 3-Star DB Patrick Enewally

Cornerback Patrick Enewally has been launched into the recruiting spotlight as of late, with offers from UCLA, Washington, Boise State, and many other schools of the like. Here is what he had to say about the recruiting process:
Q: With your rising stock, what has the experience been like picking up all these offers as fast as you have?
A: “Its been a great experience. Just seeing myself elevate to this level has been pretty good.”
Q: Which of the schools that have extended offers have recruited you the hardest?
A: “The schools that come to mind are Washington, UCLA, and Boise State.”
Q: What is it that you look for in a university? Which factors do you place the most value on?
A: “You look for a 3 things: A good environment, academics, and considering the people around you.”
Q: Do you currently have a top-5 list right now just based off what you know?
A: “I don’t have a top 5 list, but I have a top 3: Boise, UCLA, and Washington.”
Q: You’ve been offered by UCLA, what is it about their program do you think is most interesting?
A: “I like a school thats one the rise; thats hot. It’s close to home, and is a college football school.”
Q: How important is it for you to have playing time right out of high school?
A: “Oh, Its very important.”
Q: Multiple scouting sites have you listed as all sorts of positions varrying from corner, to safety and wideout. Where do you see yourself playing?
A: “Definitely at corner.”
With a wide variety of options, Patrick clearly has a big choice to make. Come his commitment, one school should have something to celebrate that day. He is the real deal.
