UCLA Baseball: Bruins sweep Georgia on the road, win 10 straight

Here’s something to cheer about, Bruins: UCLA’s baseball squad has swept Georgia on the road, winning three games against the 15th-ranked Georgia Bulldogs, extending UCLA’s winning streak to 10 games in a row.

That’s right — 10 games in a row. This streak comes after the Bruins started the season 1-2 with what many thought was a shocking loss to Maryland.

Admittedly, I know nothing about baseball, be it professional or collegiate; however, it’s nice to know that a team sport at UCLA that doesn’t involve water is doing fine. (Not that there’s anything wrong with water sports, but I cannot swim.)

If you’d like more about the UCLA baseball team and want to keep up with the games, I suggest you follow Ryan Rosenblatt of, blech, bruinsnation on his fabulous Twitter account: @RyeUCLAbaseball. (Like I said, give credit where credit is due.)

GO BRUINS!!!
