  • According to Jack Wang of InsideSoCal.com, Foreman is officially transferring while Whitley was “dismissed due to a team issue.”

Foreman was a redshirt freshman that did not exactly pan out for the Bruins. He had come to Westwood as a defensive back but made the move to linebacker. He only played two games this season which might be the cause for him leaving.

Though the reason for Zach Whitley being dismissed is unknown, it is very disappointing seeing as he was a big get for the Bruins when he committed. Originally, Whitley was committed to Alabama and him signing with the Bruins was a clear message that UCLA could recruit players against the titans of the SEC.
