UCLA Football Remains At 25th In The AP Poll, Re-Enters Coaches Poll

After a sub-par double overtime win against the worst team in the Pac-12 Conference, the Colorado Buffaloes, the UCLA Bruins remain at #25 in the AP Poll. The Bruins also managed to re-enter the Amway Coaches Poll as they also occupy the #25 spot in those rankings. UCLA had one their worst performances of the year on both offense and defense that was riddled with inconsistency, penalties and turnovers, yet still managed to get by Colorado 40-37.

Aside from how bad the Bruins played in this game, they kept their South Division and Pac-12 hopes alive by beating the lowly Buffaloes. Currently, they are only one game back behind division leading Arizona State, whom the Bruins beat earlier this season. Here is the current state of the Pac-12 South Division with their updated rankings:

    Aside from the four teams in the South being ranked, the Oregon Ducks are also in the Top 25 and moved up one spot to #5. USC has dropped out of the AP Poll for the second time this season after a 24-21 loss in Salt Lake City to Utah. The Utes had moved up one spot. The last change was both Arizona and Arizona State swapping spots in this week’s poll.
