Making the Cut
Recently, a few prospects have cut their lists down and three have the Bruins making their final cuts (or semifinal, things change all the time).
As you can see, Kelly continues to target players that fit his system as he is looking to get the long and fast players, especially those that have good hands and in turn, it looks like they are eyeing him and the UCLA football program as well. The following three receivers spanning two seasons) have locked into UCLA, but the Bruins are in very competitive company.

Offers
Over the weekend, with the amount of unofficial visits in Westwood, there were two players that received scholarship offers by UCLA. Martin is a quick and agile defensive back that is good in coverage. Trice is a player that is quite aggressive in his own right, and looks like he could fit into that EDGE rusher position that DC Jerry Azzinaro wants to utilize. Both possess the qualities and grades (something Kelly is emphasizing) to play for UCLA.
Shamar Martin (★★★) DB, 2019, 6-0, 174 lbs, Morse (San Diego, CA)
Bralen Trice (★★★) OLB/DE, 2019, 6-4, 225 lbs, Sandra Day O’Connor (Glendale, AZ)
