UCLA Football keeps getting more and more attention. What else would you expect from a team that is stacked with talent? Today, NFL.com released their list of the Top 10 linebacker duos in college football and UCLA’s Myles Jack and Deon Hollins made the list at #3.

Not only are these Bruins getting recognized on a national scale, but they are also the top LB duo in the Pac-12 listed by NFL.com.

Of course every one knows Jack. He is a fantastic linebacker that broke out early in his freshman season but also became a solid short-yardage running back. He continued both of those displays of awesomeness into his sophomore season last year and was second on the team in tackles with 88 behind Eric Kendricks who was recently drafted to the Minnesota Vikings.

Hollins may be a name you are not very familiar with if you did not follow UCLA football. Hollins was quiet in his freshman year, but really blew the lid off his career last season as a sophomore, especially making a name for himself as a pass rusher. Hollins led all Bruins with 10 sacks, three of which came against Kansas State in the Alamo Bowl.

This fall, both Jack and Hollins look to lead a strong linebacker unit into battle under first year defensive coordinator Tom Bradley who made a name for himself as DC at Penn State. With this being UCLA football’s third DC in three years, Bradley looks to bring some stability to the defense and has the knowledge and the players to do it, Jack and Hollins included.
