Before we let the weekend fade into the statistical archives a la the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark, I wanted to take a moment and really appreciate what the UCLA Bruins pitching staff was able to do last Friday against the Arizona Wildcats. Specifically, James Kaprielian and David Berg who combined to no-hit the Wildcats in a tough-fought 1-0 extra-inning victory. Let’s do a Top 10 Retrospective!

Here are my ten favorite things about Friday’s no-no:

The Bruins have one more conference series this weekend at Oregon before heading into postseason play. With the conference crown sewn up and the Pac-12 not having a conference tournament, the Bruins are playing for seeding heading into the regional stage of the College World Series.

GO BRUINS!
