Bruin fans, you need to get out to the Rose Bowl this Saturday and represent your school in the Crosstown Showdown. While you are there, you need to do three things: wear blue, be loud and scream “Go Bruins!” at the top of your lungs. In the 84th meeting of this crosstown rivalry, USC and UCLA will be meeting on the Bruin’s home turf and there is a lot on the line, but for now let us go over a few things.
WEAR BLUE!
We wear blue. They wear red/scarlet/cardinal… whatever they call it. You need to distinguish yourself from the opposition. In this classic rivalry game, it will be great to see the two home jerseys go at it on the field, but it will be even better to see that color from across town drowned out in a sea of blue!
That is why it is imperative that every single UCLA fan at the Rose Bowl wear Blue! Wear blue now and forever! Mr. Rebholz says so!
