With the second week of college football all wrapped up, and the marquee games’ dust settled, we can go forth in ranking the powers of the PAC-12 Conference. In a brief few days that saw a second half comeback from, then ranked 3rd, Oregon, over the Big-10’s MSU, and a clash of conference foes in USC and Stanford, let’s see how the best in the west stack up.
