The UCLA basketball team announced today that they will be opening up the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament, in Nassau, Bahamas, against the Oklahoma Sooners on Wednesday November 26 at 11:30 a.m. (PT). The Bruins will either face the North Carolina Tar Heels or Butler Bulldogs in their second game of the tournament. The other side of the bracket consists of the Wisconsin Badgers, UAB Blazers, Florida Gators, and Georgetown Hoyas.

The Bruins are coming off a 28-9 season, a Pac-12 tournament championship, and the teams first Sweet 16 appearance since 2008, last season. The Bruins lost a ton of production from last seasons roster and will look to replace that production with the 7th ranked recruiting class and a few transfers who are eligible to play this season. This will be a nice early season test for the Bruins and should give the coaching staff a good indication as to what kind of team they have this season.
