As it was stated about Colorado in the South preview, Cal is getting things in order and slowly improving, but it is hard to become successful when everyone else is improving. The Golden Bears will have to rely heavily on the passing game as second year Quarterback Jared Goff is looking to improve off the 1-11 record from last season. Unfortunately, unless some miraculous off-season talent emerges, the Bears will be down again.
