With the 16th pick in the 6th round and 192nd pick overall, the Pittsburgh Steelers have drafted UCLA linebacker, Jordan Zumwalt. He is the 5th Bruin to be selected in the 2014 NFL Draft behind Anthony Barr, Xavier Su’a-Filo, Cassius Marsh and Shaquelle Evans.

Both Zumwalt and Barr were a huge part of the Bruin’s defensive success last season. Zumwalt is big, intimidating and can knock you out off a game, literally. During the Sun Bowl, he knocked Virginia Tech quarterback Logan Thomas unconscious and was done for the game.

Zumwalt is really good in his defensive coverage and takes up a lot of space. He reacts quickly and makes his hits felt. For a breakdown, check out Go Joe Bruin’s Profile On Jordan Zumwalt.

Here are a few highlight videos on Jordan Zumwalt.

Congratulations, Mr. Zumwalt! You are now a part of the Steel City! Go Bruins!
