Pauley Pavilion will host the first and second rounds of the NCAA women’s tournament on March 22nd and 24th. The legendary venue is not normally in use after the regular season as both women’s and men’s basketball teams are spread out across the country in their respective tournaments trying to claim that top prize, so to have college hoops at Pauley in the post-season is great for all parties.

The tournament gets going on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. PT, when #4 Nebraska (25-6, 12-4 Big Ten) plays #13 Fresno State (22-10, 13-5 Mountain West).

The second game will start around 3:30 p.m. PT when #5 North Carolina State (25-7, 12-2 ACC) battles it out with #12 BYU (26-6, 14-4 WCC).

Pauley again opens it’s doors on Monday for the second round when the Nebraska/Fresno State winner takes on the NC State/BYU winner. That game is set for 6:00 p.m. PT. All three games will be televised on ESPN2.
